Hello my name is Scott Fortune, President and Co-Founder of mysoldierup.com, I wanted to take a moment to address  everyone seeking  to share their gifts and talents with the world.

I know first hand that within the ranks of the United States Armed Forces  are some of the most gifted and talented  country, rock, and hip hop artists on the planet.  In addition to the musically gifted, there are public/motivational speakers, and poets  as well.   More often than not, these talented men and women go unnoticed and miss the opportunity to be heard.

Our mission is to give you the microphone and swing the spotlight in your direction, giving you the platform to share your gifts, talents and passion to the world -  right here on our stage. Your story, song, bio, photos, and video footage deserves to be seen and heard.

Lets take for example The Army Soldier Show, a group composed of talented soldiers, or my good friend Bobby Pinson (who I served with at Fort Ord, California).  Bobby and I both sang in the 7th Infantry Division Light Fighter Chorus. Read more about Bobby, at www.bobbypinson.com 

Bobby has gone on to write hit songs for country artist such as Tracey Lawrence, LeAnn Rimes, Rascal Flatts, Trent Tomlinson, (One Wing In The Fire) Sugarland, (Want To & All I Wanna do) Toby Keith, just to name a few.

I myself was blessed to be signed to a production contract and my vocal group was featured on Quality Records with friends of ours who called themselves R-Rendition, and who won a recording contract in the Best of The Bay Talent Showcase in Montery, California. We were also featured in a Scott Evers, and Sedwith Productions movie documentory called Just Because.
